Hospital visits
In the first days, visitors come in waves. A 16- or 25-piece box in the mother's room keeps hospitality ready without anyone running out to buy sweets. Drop the pin at the hospital and add the room number and the recipient's name and mobile in the order details. Check the hospital's rules on food and visits first.
The home reception
Receptions are bigger, like any family gathering: coffee, dates and sweets. Count two pieces per guest and bring the boxes out gradually. For a centrepiece, add a whole Lotus cheesecake to cut in front of the guests.
Blue for a boy, pink for a girl
Toppings can match the theme: blueberry for a boy, strawberry for a girl. Mini boxes come in mixed flavours, so for a large single-colour order, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll see what we can arrange. A whole cake or a cheesecake slice box can be ordered in either topping.
Gift-card wording
Your message is written at checkout and printed on the gift card. Arabic is customary; a few ideas with their meaning:
- «حيّاكم الله في استقبال مولودنا، نوّرتونا»: welcome to our baby's reception, thank you for coming.
- «حلاوة قدوم المولود»: a sweet to celebrate the new arrival.
- «الحمد لله على السلامة، ومبروك ما جاكم»: the classic congratulations, if you're sending it to the new mum.
- Or in English: "Welcome to the world, little one. Thank you for celebrating with us."

Timing and delivery
- Small quantities can be ordered for the same day when slots are free.
- For large giveaway orders (50+ pieces), order 3 days before the reception.
- Choose a delivery time an hour or two before guests arrive, so the boxes go into the fridge.
- If you need more than the site accepts for one day, message us on WhatsApp.
Delivery is SAR 12 to SAR 18 depending on distance, free over SAR 200. Details on our Jeddah delivery page.
Keeping it fresh during the reception
- Refrigerate the boxes as soon as they arrive.
- Bring out one box at a time, about 15 minutes before serving.
- Don't leave a box out for more than two hours, less in a warm courtyard.
- Put leftovers back in the fridge; they're best within 3 days.
