The rule of thumb
Each mini cheesecake is about 30 g, one or two bites. How many you need depends on the role dessert plays at your event: a giveaway handed out as guests leave, part of a spread, or the only sweet on the table.

Children, and guests who skip dessert
- Count a child as about two thirds of an adult: six children eat roughly what four adults do.
- At big gatherings some guests always skip dessert, but don't cut back for them: a little extra beats an empty table.
- After a full dinner people eat less, so two pieces each is plenty.
- At receptions and engagements where guests come in waves, bring out one box at a time from the fridge.
When a whole cake is better
Minis shine when guests are standing or mingling, or when you're handing out giveaways. For a sit-down dinner around one table, a whole cake is nicer: you cut it in front of everyone and each guest gets a proper slice.
- 6 to 8 people at the table: a 6-inch cake.
- 12 to 14 people: a 9-inch cake.
- Around 20 people: two 9-inch cakes, or a 9-inch and a 6-inch with medium slices.
- Dinner plus a reception: a cake for the table, a mini box for later.

When to order
Regular quantities can be ordered for the same day when slots are free. For large giveaway orders (50+ pieces), order 3 days ahead, earlier during busy seasons. If your quantity is more than the site accepts for one day, message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it.
