We deliver across Jeddah every afternoon and evening, and same-day orders are welcome when slots are free. Delivery is SAR 12 to SAR 18 depending on the distance from our kitchen, and free on orders over SAR 200.
Every order is made fresh for its delivery time and leaves the kitchen in chilled packaging.
Same-day delivery
If there's a free slot today, your order arrives today. Checkout shows the earliest time we can make it fresh, and you can choose another day or time. For a fixed date, order a day or more ahead to get the time you want, especially around Ramadan, Eid and holidays.
Delivery fees
The fee depends on the straight-line distance from our kitchen: SAR 12 to SAR 18. Drop a pin on the map and you'll see the exact fee before you pay. Orders over SAR 200 travel free.
Below you'll find the distance rings with their fees, and some of the districts we deliver to. We only deliver within Jeddah for now.
Chilled, even in Jeddah heat
Cheesecake needs to stay cold, and Jeddah is warm most of the year, so your order travels in chilled packaging. Pop it in the fridge as soon as it arrives and take it out about 15 minutes before serving. More tips in our cheesecake storage guide.
If nobody's home
We'll contact you on the number in the order before we arrive. To keep things smooth:
- Add your villa or building number, floor or a landmark in the driver notes.
- If it's for someone else, use their mobile number so the driver can call them directly.
- If you won't be in, arrange for someone at home or the building's guard to receive it, and say so in the notes.
- Choose a time when someone is there: cheesecake can't wait outside the fridge.
If we can't hand over the order because no one answers or the location is wrong, we'll contact you to agree on a solution. As the cake is perishable, it can't be refunded in that case. See our cancellation and refund policy.
Sending a gift to someone in Jeddah
Whether you live across town or in another city, you can send a cake to a friend, family member or colleague in Jeddah:
- At checkout, mark the order as a gift and add the recipient's name and mobile number.
- Drop the pin at their address, not yours.
- Write your message for the gift card.
- Follow the order on its order page until it's delivered.
Checkout confirms your own mobile number with an SMS code. If you're abroad without a Saudi number, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you send it.
What to order
- A whole Lotus Biscoff cheesecake for dinners and birthdays, 6-inch or 9-inch.
- A mini cheesecake box for parties and giveaways, 9, 16 or 25 pieces.
- A cheesecake slice box for one or two, or a small gift.
