Ramadan: gatherings after iftar
Ramadan gatherings usually start after iftar and run late, with dessert served alongside coffee once everyone has rested. A 9-inch cake serves 12 to 14, a 6-inch suits a small family evening, and mini boxes are easier when guests move between rooms.
- Choose a delivery time an hour or two before guests arrive.
- Take it out of the fridge about 15 minutes before serving.
- On busy days, order two or three days ahead rather than same day.
Eid giveaways for grown-ups too
Eid giveaways (توزيعات العيد) are no longer just sweets for children: many families look for something for adults to serve with coffee during Eid visits or to send to relatives and neighbours. Mini cheesecakes fit: one or two bites, mixed flavours, in a box that goes straight on the table.

An Eid cake sits at the centre of the family table: a 9-inch Lotus cheesecake serves 12 to 14, with a mini box for visitors who drop in all day. The same works for Eid al-Adha family lunches.
When to order
Ramadan and Eid follow the Hijri calendar and move about 11 days earlier each year. What doesn't change: demand rises in the last ten days before Eid, and the times you want can go early.
- In the last ten days of Ramadan, order at least 3 days ahead.
- For Eid day, order early in Ramadan and choose your day and time at checkout; available Eid times show there.
- For large orders (50+ pieces), at least 3 days ahead; for more than the site accepts, message us on WhatsApp.
- Eid al-Adha works the same way: order a few days ahead.
