A National Day cake: green with pistachio
Our pistachio topping is pistachio cream and crushed Aleppo pistachios over the cream-cheese filling, and its green matches the flag. Order it on a whole Lotus cheesecake or a slice box; it costs a little more, shown on the card.
Mini boxes come in mixed flavours, pistachio among them. For all-green boxes in a large order, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Offices and schools
Many offices and schools hold a small celebration before the holiday. Minis are easy to hand round: everyone takes one with their coffee, no plates or knives.
| People | Giveaway (1 each) | With coffee (2 each) |
|---|---|---|
| 15 | 16-piece box | 25 + 9-piece boxes |
| 25 | 25-piece box | Two 25-piece boxes |
| 50 | Two 25-piece boxes | Four 25-piece boxes |
| 100 | Four 25-piece boxes | Eight 25-piece boxes |
Other numbers are covered in our mini cheesecake guide. Schools, note: mixed boxes contain pistachio, and all our cheesecake contains milk, wheat (gluten), eggs and soy. If nuts aren't allowed, message us before ordering.
When to order
Order 3 days ahead, especially for more than 50 pieces, as national days are busy. Pick delivery for the day of the office or school celebration, not the holiday itself if the building is closed. For more than the site accepts, message us on WhatsApp.
Chilled delivery across Jeddah, SAR 12 to SAR 18 depending on distance, free over SAR 200: see our Jeddah delivery page. Hosting at home over the holiday? See desserts for gatherings.
Founding Day in February
Founding Day falls on 22 February and the same ideas apply: pistachio for cakes and slices, mini boxes for offices and schools, ordered 3 days ahead. In some years it lands in or near Ramadan, so order early.
