Our Lotus cheesecake is a whole cake in three layers: a buttery, crunchy Lotus Biscoff base, a rich and silky cream-cheese filling, and the topping of your choice. It comes in two sizes, 6-inch for 6 to 8 people and 9-inch for 12 to 14, and we'll make it fresh for your delivery time and bring it to your door in Jeddah, chilled.

What goes into it
One recipe, made the same careful way every day. Each of the three layers has a job:
- The base: ground Lotus Biscoff biscuits and butter, toasted until crisp enough to hold the cake.
- The filling: full-fat cream cheese whipped low and slow, so it sets smooth and rich with no air bubbles.
- The topping: Lotus spread and biscuit crumb, or fruit and sauces prepared hours before delivery, never from a tin.
We don't bake ahead and store cakes: each one is made for its order in our Jeddah kitchen.
Toppings
Every size uses the same recipe; only the top changes. Original Lotus is included, and other toppings add a little to the price, shown on the card before you add it to your cart.
Original Lotus
Warm Lotus spread and crunchy biscuit crumb. The pure Biscoff taste, and the safe choice when you don't know everyone's tastes.
Blueberry
Whole-berry blueberry compote with a gentle tang that balances the creamy filling. A favourite colour for welcoming a baby boy.
Strawberry
Fresh strawberries and our house strawberry sauce. Light and fresh, and lovely for a girls' night or a baby girl's welcome.
Mango (seasonal)
Mango cubes and a tropical mango sauce. It's seasonal, so it shows on the card when it's available.
Pistachio
Pistachio cream and crushed Aleppo pistachios for a richer finish. It costs a bit more (shown on the card) and contains nuts.
Sizes: 6-inch or 9-inch?

Just one or two of you? A cheesecake slice box makes more sense. For giveaways or a standing crowd, the mini cheesecake box needs no knife at all.
A Lotus cheesecake for a birthday

- Pay with Apple Pay, mada, Visa or Mastercard, or cash on delivery when it's offered.
- We'll make your cake fresh and deliver it chilled at your chosen time.
Same-day orders are welcome when slots are free, and we deliver across Jeddah every afternoon and evening. Delivery is SAR 12 to SAR 18 depending on distance, and free on orders over SAR 200. More on our Jeddah delivery page.
Storing and serving
Put it in the fridge (0 to 4 °C) as soon as it arrives. It's best within 3 days, and the made and best-before dates are on the box label. Take it out about 15 minutes before serving. Full tips in our guide to storing cheesecake.
